1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Discord bots and related web endpoints operated by sins4skins process data. Covered bots include PotUtopia Support, PotUtopia Stats, PotUtopia Boo, PotTunes, PotUtopia Player Count, and Castaway PlayerCount.

2. Controller / Business Contact

3. Categories of Data Processed

Alderon IDs and Alderon names.
In-game chat messages received via PotBot.xyz webhooks.
Server IP address and server port.
Server RCON credentials.
Discord server/guild IDs and Discord channel IDs.

We do not intentionally collect payment card data, government IDs, personal passwords, or Discord private messages.

4. Sources of Data

Discord guild/channel identifiers and configuration context.
PotBot.xyz statistics and in-game events delivered through webhooks.
Server administrators provide server connection details.

5. Purposes and Lawful Bases

IP, port, and RCON credentials are used only for bot-to-server communication.
Alderon IDs, names, chat, login/logout/kill events are used for player statistics and server activity features.
Discord IDs are used for message routing and configuration.
Logs may be used for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.

Lawful bases may include legitimate interests, contractual necessity, and server-admin configuration/consent depending on context.

6. Sensitive Credentials

RCON credentials are treated as sensitive private configuration data and should be encrypted or otherwise protected at rest wherever technically feasible. Access is restricted to operational necessity.

7. Sharing and Sub-processors

Data is stored privately on a Contabo VPS in France/EU. Data is not sold and is not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. PotBot.xyz is a source of webhook-delivered data.

8. International Processing

Users may be located in the UK, EU, USA, or elsewhere. The VPS is hosted in France. Data may be accessed by the operator from the UK or other locations as needed to operate the bots.

9. Retention

Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for bot operation, server configuration, statistical continuity, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. UK/EU requests are normally handled within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. California-style requests are normally handled within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days with notice.

11. California / US Notice

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If CCPA/CPRA applies, California users may request access, deletion, correction, and category disclosures.

12. Children

The bots are intended for users who meet Discord’s minimum age requirements, including 13+ under Discord’s global terms.
