Terms of Service

1. Covered Services

These Terms apply to PotUtopia Support, PotUtopia Stats, PotUtopia Boo, PotTunes, PotUtopia Player Count, Castaway PlayerCount, and related web pages/endpoints.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord’s minimum age requirements to use the bots.

3. Honor System and Acceptable Use

Use is based on an honor system. You must not use the bots to disrupt game servers, abuse RCON functionality, harass users, violate Discord’s Terms, violate applicable law, reverse engineer the bots, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Server Admin Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to add bots, configure Discord channels, submit webhook data, and provide any server IP/port/RCON details.

5. Termination

The operator may disable, limit, suspend, or terminate access to any bot or feature at any time, especially where use disrupts servers, compromises security, or violates Discord Terms or applicable law.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of the bots involves data processing described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

The bots are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uptime, compatibility, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for game server crashes, downtime, lost data, lost revenue, misconfiguration, RCON misuse by server admins, Discord outages, third-party webhook failures, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

The bots, features, documentation, and these Terms may be updated at any time.
